Account Manager - Bio Process Filtration Solutions

SUMMARY:
A well-known global player requires the above to manage Key Accounts assisting them with bio process solutions within the Bio-Pharmaceutical Industry as well as growing the revenue by proactive sales of specialised products, developing strong Customer relations according to the Organisational strategy.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

• A Bachelor Sciences Degree or Diploma in Biotechnology or related qualification is essential for this role.
• Previous experience having worked within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry with a technical production or related role is preferred for the role.
• The company is willing to train a technical person who has worked within the Pharmaceutical Production and related markets into a Key Account role where the person will be interfacing and troubleshooting on filtration process solutions within the Pharmaceutical manufacturing markets.
• Previous experience having worked within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and/or Medical or related industries ideally working with Process Filtration Market is preferred.
• The successful candidate must have good communication and negotiation skills as well as be self-motivated, energetic and results
• The successful candidate must have good teamwork skills and the proven ability to also work with cross-functional

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and promoting the Organisation''s products and services to Key Accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Assessing and analysing Customer needs and responding to Customer enquiries on specialised products and services.
• Working closely with a cross functional team within the Company to create higher market perception and successful strategies to gain business from various accounts.
• Coordinating and participating in marketing activities from time to time at international and local shows.
• Managing and building strong customer relationships for long term partnership with Key Accounts and Customers.
