Business Analyst – Salesforce

Role requirements

Interact with end-users and business users (our clients) directly;

Conduct business requirements gathering exercises, including Agile User Story Planning and refinement ceremonies;

Create User Stories in conjunction with Product Owners; Review others'''' work.

Mentor Novice and Trainee team members;

Be accountable for all work completed by Trainee and Novice team members;

Contribute to Continuous improvement practices;

Contribute to Innovation Practices;

Contribute to design activities;

Actively recommend solution design patterns;

Conduct Project Inception workshops.

Actively recommend and contribute to design and architecture activities;

Active mentoring and leadership of the team;

Overall accountability for Business Analyst role.

Minimum Salesforce Experience

2-5 Years

Salesforce Experience

Sales Cloud;

Service Cloud;

Pardot;

Salesforce DX.

Marketing Cloud;

Commerce Cloud

General Experience

 Strong understanding and command of using git;

Strong understanding and command of using JIRA, Azure DevOps;

Having conducted business requirements discovery exercises;

Having created Business Requirements artifacts: BRD''''s, Specifications, User Stories, Design documentation.

Having recommended solution designs;

Strong process flow and diagram experience.

Having dabbled in some Apex, HTML, CSS, Javascript coding.
