CEO FOR NPO (Southern Suburbs, Western Cape) R70,000 – R120,000 PM
POSITION INFO:
Our ideal candidate has experience in the firefighting space, non-profit / fundraising and business development / strategy.
We are looking for a candidate who can take us National, secure funding and grow the organisation.
The CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors. You will sit on the board but may not be the Chairperson. You will develop strategies, manage projects, and develop a measurable strategy for the organisation to remain sustainable and grow its footprint, locally, regionally and ultimately nationally. You will be responsible for Finance, governance and structuring the organisation. We are liking for someone who has a proven track record of securing funding for and growing and NPO. You will be responsible for setting up the SOP’s and enhance and grow relationships with key role-players, internally and externally, to achieve set objectives.
HR, Finance and Marketing will be overseen by you, with a strong emphasis on Marketing and Finance. Min Degree, preferred MBA, with min 5years in a CEO role or similar.
