POSITION INFO:
Are you a seasoned financial leader with a track record of success in the FMCG or retail sector? Look no further! Our reputable company is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial strategy and execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives and drive profitability.
Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors.
Managing relationships with investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Qualified CA(SA)
Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years as a CFO.
Proven track record of success in the FMCG or retail industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
