As a leading player in the financial services industry, our client specialises in business process outsourcing (BPO) operations, catering to both domestic and international clients.

Your Role:

As the COO, you will spearhead various key functions, including sales operations, BPO operations, training, compliance, campaign management, planning, QA and verification, facilities, and information technology. Your strategic insights and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the organisational policies and goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

• Post-graduate qualification in a relevant field
• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial experience in the financial services industry
• At least five (5) years of experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) business, ideally with international clients
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proven track record in leadership and team building, adept at managing a diverse workforce
