Duties:

• Detailed financial modelling
• Preparation and analysis of company business plans and investment memorandums
• Drafting of various reports including business analysis and valuations
• Supporting senior members of the team throughout transactions
• Client presentations and engagement

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Honours / CTA
• CA(SA)
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Strong academic record is a MUST!

• Newly Qualified CA(SA)
• Familiarity with financial markets, particularly African venture capital, private equity and unlisted credit.

• Microsoft Excel ability
• Demonstrable analytical and accounting skills
• Excellent writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
• Self-starter motivated to do well in the business world and tenacity for working in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel internationally
