An award-winning property development concern is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts and consolidating the financial statements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing the audit packs and managing the audits as well assisting with cost saving and budgeting. This role involves managing the finance team.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 2-3 years’ post article experience
Experience in the property/construction industries is preferred
Strong people management and leadership skills
Experience with consolidations is preferred
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
