SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Western Cape, is seeking a Financial Manager to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

The Finance Manager has overall accountability for the finance function in South Africa as well as oversight of shared service delivery to offshore businesses. Cashflow management, process and procedure, value optimisation are all key aspects of the role. Role reports into the General Manager for South Africa with a dotted line onto the Group Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial leadership to the organization
Overall financial accountability incl process, procedure and control
Budgeting and forecasting
Cashflow management incl managing trade finance partners and fund flows
Financial input to commercial decision making
Monthly reporting to management and shareholders
Management of organisation IT environment
Company Secretarial (CIPC)
Transfer pricing
Insurance, incl credit insurance
Regulatory reporting (VAT, PAYE)
Procurement of key imported raw materials
