JOB DESCRIPTION:

An exciting opportunity awaits a successful Financial Manager who wants to build a career with a dynamic marketing agency working exclusively in the international real estate industry. If you are looking for a great working environment with international exposure and a young team of highly talented individuals then this is the role for you.

Key responsibilities:

Analysis and preparing of financial reports
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
Payroll management
Debtor and Invoicing management
State and federal tax preparation and submission
Expand and build relationships with external stakeholders, including bankers and payment providers
General accounts processing
Fully accountable for the finance function in support of growing this dynamic young business

Requirements:

Minimum of a BComm or Honours in Accounting, professional qualifications (CIMA / SAICA / SAIPA) advantageous
8 - 10 years 'experience in a financial management role is essential
Previous experience in developing and implementing financial control infrastructure for a young business is hugely advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong general financial background with proven experience in financial accounting, budgeting, taxation and reporting, treasury and cash flow management
US company and tax experience advantageous
