SUMMARY:
A major group, the largest of their sort in South Africa, is looking for a General Manager to head up one of their business units.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to the business unit, including but are not limited to:

Leading site EXCO.
Managing a team of 5 directly (multiple indirect reports).
Development and implementation of strategy.
Business development.
Financial management.
Operational delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

Completed minimum Postgraduate Diploma or Honours degree.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior Management position.
Must has served on EXCO in a decision making position.
Must have experience in a hospital or healthcare services setting.
