HR Manager

SUMMARY:
A well established manufacturer requires an HR manager to join their team in Pinetown to manage both their group of Companies.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities: 

• HR/IR  Comprehensive plan and policies  for the company to be able to guide the EXCO and many inputs in HR / IR
• Updating , modelling and managing the company staff banding and remuneration levels
• Harmonising and implementing the benefits at different levels
• Oversee and check payroll and wage data inputs, monthly and annual
• Definitely Managing EE , BBBEE and Training Matrices and annual submissions
• Manage and control Onboarding , performance evaluations and terminations within the company in line with LRA , BCEA and Company Policies
• Liaison with Company HR Attorneys on pending matters and disciplinaries
• Manage, check and control HR Gen Administration , Digital Filing Platform, POPI Act( Audit and Management ) and Statutory Submissions

Requirements: 

- Relevant degree/diploma

- At Least 5 years working experience in a similar role 

- Ability to handle confidential information and high level interaction with management and shareholders
