HR Officer

SUMMARY:
Our client based in Cape Town, CBD requires the skills of a progressive, service-oriented and results-driven HR Officer (Generalist) to take up a permanent opportunity with the group The purpose of this role if to effectively provide innovative, cost effective and value-adding HR services.

POSITION INFO:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Matric + 3 years diploma/degree in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in Generalist HR (HR Administration, HR Development, Employee Relations, Payroll & Leave Administration.
• Experience within the legal, regulatory bodies, public sector would be an advantage
• Additional training/certification in payroll management would be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of all relevant legislation
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
