YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE AN EAAB FEDELITY FUND CERTIFICATE (NQF5 QUALIFICATION), 10 YEARS EXP IN THE RETAIL SECTOR & STRONG FINANCIAL BACKGROUND. HANDLE STAFF MANAGEMENT, FACILITATE THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROCESS IN SELECTED RETAIL CENTRES WHILE MAXIMISING THE PROFITABILITY OF THE COMPANY. ENSURES STRATEGIC POSITION OF THE COMPANY AS RETAIL EXPERTS. MANAGER PROJECTS SUCH AS REVAMPS TO SHOPPING CENTRES AND IMPROVE THE LONG TERM PROFITABILITY OF THE CENTRES, PUBLIC RELATIONS, CONSTANT CLIENT INTERACTION, BUDGETING, SWTRATEGIC PLANNING ETC.
