Job Description

Reporting to the BU Head, You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and running production as well as supply chain
• Ensure that plant and equipment are well maintained
• Manage a team of subordinates including: Financial Manager, HR, IT, Production Manager, Quality Manager, Maintenance Manager

Qualifications

• BSc/BTech/ND in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Industrial Engineering

Skills

• A minimum of 10 years'' experience in production and operations.
• Plant Management experience
• Experience in a foundry and/or steel manufacturing is advantageous
• ISO knowledge
• Experience on ERP systems
