SENIOR RECRUITMENT OFFICER Job Role: To ensure that we advertise, attract, recruit and appoint talent in and outside the Organisation professionally to the satisfaction of client

POSITION INFO:

Job Scope:

Queries

• Handle all queries effectively and efficiently
• Competently handle all queries from Organisations

Administration

• Ensure that all interview administration is completed
• Generate the relevant advert for the vacancy
• Generate short list
• Set up interviews and conduct according to set standards
• Finalise successful final interview candidates
• Generate shortlist for the client
• Advise the Client if there are any changes to the interviews scheduled
• Conduct the relevant reference checks

Client Liaison    

• Liase with all clients in a professional manner
• Ensure clients are given feedback timeously

Candidate Liaison           

• Liase with all candidates in a professional manner
• Ensure candidates are given feedback timeously

Data Base

• Ensure that successful candidates details are added to the Data Base and files generated with correct documentation where necessary

Audits  

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and well presented for audits
• Ensure that audit standards are adhered to

Job Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• HR Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years relevant recruitment experience
• Proven track record
