SUMMARY:
Excellent opportunity to support the planning of all digital activations with our International Retail Clients ecommerce channel.
Based in the southern suburbs this exciting 6 – 12 month contract position will lead the execution of all campaigns delivering innovative and market-leading executions according to the Global guidelines and local business objectives.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS
University degree preferably in Marketing or relevant qualification
Digital experience (Ecom & CRM specific)
Minimum 3 years work experience CRM campaign management
Digital Acumen
Strong organisational skills
Sound understanding of the Campaign Process from brief through to execution
Flair for Design and Copy Writing
Strategic mindset and vision for growth
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work cross-functionally in a diverse team
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally (agency management)
Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
Data analytics experience
 
DUTIES
Work closely with Manager: Ecommerce & Membership to plan and execute the Ecommerce Digital Activation strategy for the company’s ecommerce channel
Support the development of the adidas.co.za specific calendar focusing on brand & commercial moments.
Plan and implement campaigns based on the digital calendar across email, sms and onsite touchpoints ensuring all key KPI’s are met.
Support the creation of commercial campaigns in line with slow movers, key concepts, new arrivals to drive sell through and achieve net sales.
Support Ecommerce & Membership Manager with the implementation of the Global CRM Strategy in a local relevant way
Manage external agencies to ensure that they deliver world-class creative solutions that deliver against KPI’s
Frequent testing of creative assets & database segments to drive extraordinary results
Frequent onsite optimizations to elevate the consumer journey and conversion rates
Analysis of all campaigns, campaign strategies to share and apply the relevant learnings to future campaigns.
Assist with compiling reports
Quarterly competitive reviews
Staying abreast of advancements in the Ecommerce industry with the aim to apply and share key trends and insights with the broader team
