About the Company:
Join a thriving construction equipment company that’s driving innovation and growth in the industry! We’re looking for a dynamic Operational Finance Manager to lead our multi-entity financial operations and ensure excellence across all aspects of finance.

POSITION INFO:
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee the full accounting function – journals, income statements, and financial statements.
✅ Manage multi-entity environments, including intercompany loans and transactions.
✅ Handle month-end close processes with precision and compliance.
✅ Prepare and review project cash flow reports and manage operational finance for projects.
✅ Ensure compliance with TAX and VAT regulations.
✅ Manage controls, foreign payments, and Forex transactions.
✅ Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
✅ Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting standards.

📌 Requirements:
🎓 BCom Accounting degree + Honours (essential).
📈 Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, with exposure to multi-entity environments.
🏗 Strong background in construction, industrial equipment, or related industries.
💡 Proven experience in operational finance and project-based accounting.
📚 Solid understanding of TAX, VAT, and compliance requirements.
🌍 Experience with foreign payments and Forex transactions.
👥 Management experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
🔍 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
