SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Min 4 plus years SAP Authorisation experience.
SAP Authorization support
SAP S/4 Hana, support
MS Excel (Strong Formula knowledge)
SAP Trace analysis.
Strong communications skills.
Ability to work independently.
Proven experience in roles maintenance support within a SAP environment

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

JIRA/Confluence knowledge advantage (Agile).
Strong Basis authorization object knowledge.
ITSM change ticket creation.
Excel Macros & scripting skills.

POSITION INFO:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Role Build (Role changes/new roles).
2nd Line Support.
Applications operations support for Authorisations.
Providing 1st level support to users; adhering to documented processes.
Providing 2nd level support to processes where documented.
Monitoring logs for user queries.
Liaise with development/team leads on user’s access requirements, new transactions, role creation etc.
Enforce SAP security
General understanding of Role Design/maintenance, User Administration, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Provide authorisation support for existing systems.
Responsible for ensuring prompt resolution of authorisations incidents.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Able to work under pressure.
Willing and able to travel extensively, for up to 2 weeks at a time (international

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

SAP Experience (4 years plus) K2/K3 (Authorisation specific)
SAP Authorizations.
MS Excel (Strong Formula knowledge)
Good understanding of system landscape to support user errors.
Proven experience in roles maintenance and support within a SAP environment
