SUMMARY:
This is a dual-role position requiring a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to oversee both the truck movement administration process and provide high-level executive support. The successful candidate will coordinate truck sales logistics and simultaneously manage executive office functions, including travel and event arrangements.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

Strong SAP and advanced Excel skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
Professional communication and presentation
Proven experience in logistics or truck movement administration and executive support
