JOB SUMMARY:
Our client within the Hospitality sector is currently seeking a Assistant Restaurant Manager to be based in Stellenbosch.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

Grade 12, wine course/WSET level 1 or 2 will be advantage
2-3 years previous restaurant supervision experience
Wine tasting/sommelier experience will be advantage
Must have experience in a 5* establishment in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining environment
Own transport
POS, Microsoft office experience
Must have knowledge of wine, preferably wine pairings with food
