About the Role

We are seeking a driven, professional, and solutions-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role, ideally suited for a dynamic individual with a strong background in managing corporate client relationships, and a passion for health, insurance, and employee benefits.

You will play a key role in building and nurturing long-term relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring the successful delivery of our services, driving retention and growth, and identifying new business opportunities in collaboration with our commercial and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account support to ensure smooth client engagement.
• Build strong, trusted relationships across multiple client stakeholders including HR, Wellness, and Procurement functions.
• Monitor account performance, usage data, and engagement metrics to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
• Work closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Clinical, Marketing) to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the commercial team on upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Assist with proposals, RFP responses, and solution development for potential clients, where required.
• Maintain accurate account records, forecasting, and reporting via CRM systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BCom, BA, or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience working in or with healthcare, insurance, digital health, or employee benefits industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver against account goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with distributed teams.
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in using MS Office and data reporting tools.
