An international financial services company is searching for an Accountant to join their team in Cape Town.

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the full accounting function, including but will not be limited to, the following:

• Preparation of financial statements according to IFRS.
• Balance sheet reporting.
• Profit and loss reports.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Tax returns.
• VAT returns.
• Cashflow forecasts.
• Liaising with auditors.

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Degree or more.
• Completed articles.
• 1 – 2 years post articles experience within the commercial sector.
• Up to date with IFRS.
• Experience within the Financial Services sector will secure.
