JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Administration Clerk for an established client in the cold chain industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job duties:

Daily Dashboard
Claims Schedule
Daily APPL
Double Locations
Water & Electricity reading weekly
Master truck booking weekly
Update truck bookings daily
Capturing of monthly stock take figures
Customer queries
Update import book – inbound containers for state vet, port health and NRCS
Filing of all invoices and documents
New code requisition for new products received
Non-Conformance Advice to be raised for short and short dated stock for customers
Ensuring that floor area is clean and tidy at all times.
Assisting in maintaining housekeeping standards.

Requirements

Grade 12.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience similar role.
Numerate and analytical ability.
Attention to detail.
Computer Literacy (MS Office).
Communication skills.
Work under pressure.
Self-motivated.
Accellos/GP experience is an Advantage.
