SUMMARY:
Our client is a professional and fast-paced BEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) services company, committed to delivering excellent service to their clients through ethical, accurate, and compliant practices. They are looking for a dynamic and organised Administrative Assistant to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
AREA: Pretoria East, Gauteng
INDUSTRY: BEE Services
Salary / CTC: R 9 000 (Depending on current earnings, qualifications, and experience)
Report to: Admin Manager
Type: Permanent
Office based – Monday to Friday – 08:00 – 16:30

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and data capturing.
Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and in-person – in both English and Afrikaans.
Prepare and send out quotes and invoices to clients.
Make follow-up calls to clients regarding documentation and outstanding items.
Coordinate the signing of documents with clients – this may include travelling to client sites when needed.
Maintain updated client records and ensure documents are correctly stored.
Provide support to the Admin Manager as required.
Assist with BEE verification preparation and documentation (training provided).

Minimum Requirements:

Fluent in English and Afrikaans – verbal and written communication.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle – essential due to client site visits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional telephone and email etiquette.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Advantageous:

Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
Basic understanding or prior exposure to BEE legislation or consulting.

Remuneration:

Salary – R 9000 CTC
Travel reimbursement will be provided for client visits.
