Installation Team Manager

Our client a well-established Supplier of Aluminium and Building Materials in Vredenburg are looking for an enthusiastic Installation Team Manager to Join their team. As an Installation Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Aluminium installers enforce clients’ standards of quality for all installations, and all stator legal requirements as provided by AASMSA, SAGGA and the NHBRC, are adhered to and correctly implemented. and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation team Job Scheduling – Endure that all installation teams know what to do and when to do it.
• On-Site Final Measurements – Site inspections for final measurements before orders are placed for finished or manufactured products
• Client communication and negotiations – on design aesthetics, quality control and final snags sign off
• Site Inspection – to double check that all products have been installed correctly, according to site plan and quote sequences
• Quality control of installations of windows and doors
• Team Management – Performance management of Installation teams

Reports to: Aluminium Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5 -10 years’ experience in the Aluminium industry in a similar role

• Excellent technical knowledge of raw and fitted Aluminium products

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in IQ Retail software and MS Office tools.
• Valid driver’s license, own vehicle and willingness to travel as required.
