• ⁠⁠Basic knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and repair coordination.
• ⁠Financial acumen for managing budgets, rent collection, and vendor payments.
• ⁠⁠Ability to handle conflict resolution professionally and diplomatically.
• ⁠⁠Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools.

• Tenant Management and Relations
• ⁠Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding concerns, requests, and complaints.
• ⁠Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation.
• ⁠Enforce building policies consistently and fairly.
• ⁠Facilitate communication between tenants and property owners or management companies.
• Property Maintenance and Repairs
• ⁠Oversee daily maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs with contractors and service providers.
• ⁠Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• ⁠Manage routine cleaning and landscaping services.
• ⁠⁠Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and building codes.
• Financial and Administrative Duties
• ⁠Monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on delinquencies.
• ⁠Manage vendor contracts and purchase orders.
