POSITION INFO:
Job and Company description:
My client, a market leader in private education, is presenting an amazing opportunity for the position of Assistant Finance Lead: Group Shared Services. You would need to have had previous exposure within the management accounting function as well as implemented or improved processes.
The ideal candidate is well versed in transactional finance.
Responsibilities:

Management of accounting systems
Lead and manage operational accounting
Subledger to general ledger reconciliations
Authorisation, accuracy, and completeness of journals
Monthly management account preparation and presentation of management accounts to brand finance teams
Monthly statutory reporting
Design processes and procedures that meet audit standards
Analysis and reporting of accounting data and revenue
Responsible for overall team performance

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
Transactional finance exposure
Group shared services
Management experience
Management accounting essential
5-10 years’ experience
