POSITION INFO:
Are you a finance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for process improvement? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading player in the manufacturing sector that’s known for innovation, reliability, and growth. With operations that span multiple locations, they offer a solid, supportive environment where finance plays a crucial role in shaping operational success.

As the Assistant Financial Controller, you'll work closely with the Financial Controller and senior management to ensure the smooth running of financial operations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Duties Include (Not Limited To):

Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Oversee cost accounting processes and stock reporting
Monitor compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Education:

Completed BCom Degree

Experience:

5+ years’ experience within a similar role
SAP experience required
Manufacturing industry experience beneficial
