In this pivotal role, you will work side by side with the Financial Controller and broader leadership team to keep financial operations running like a well-oiled machine. This is more than just number crunching - it’s about driving efficiency, uncovering insights, and helping the business stay on course as it grows.

Duties include (not limited to)

• Collaborating on monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Playing a key role in budget preparation, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Supporting inventory and cost control through hands-on stock and costing reviews
• Strengthening internal processes by ensuring compliance and control across the board
• Assisting with audit preparation and liaising with external auditors

• Completed BCom degree

• 5+ years’ experience within a similar role
• SAP experience required
• Manufacturing industry experience beneficial
