SUMMARY:
A high-end hospitality group is seeking a strong and dependable Assistant Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in daily operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated kitchen professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef with kitchen management, staff supervision, and stock control
Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
Assist with training, scheduling, and enforcing hygiene and safety protocols
Monitor food cost and minimize waste

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience in a Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Solid knowledge of kitchen operations and cost control
Experience working in luxury lodges, hotels, or fine dining restaurants
Excellent communication and team collaboration
