Assistant Lodge Manager

SUMMARY:
A luxury lodge is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to support daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and assist in managing staff and departments in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ experience in a lodge or boutique hotel environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
• Valid driver’s license (PDP advantageous)

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities Include:

• Support the Lodge Manager with day-to-day operations
• Supervise and coordinate departments to ensure smooth running of the lodge
• Host guests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and warmth
• Manage shift schedules, training, and staff performance
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly
• Uphold lodge standards, health & safety, and guest satisfaction targets
