Assistant Project Coordinator

SUMMARY:

• Assist with managing all projects being rolled out and assist the relevant team leaders
• Assist with active project planning and follow-up
• Assist with improving company processes, reports and follow ups
• Monitor, track and manage the company’s ticketing system, whilst also assisting and maintaining the relevant reports
• Assisting and ensuring a smooth roll out for the updated ticketing system as per company requirements
• Maintain detailed reports per department in order to keep track of every major project
• Manage and ensure all projects are on track and assist with the roll out in bigger departments
• Create, manage and maintain the main overall operations report for Management
• Assist the Operations Manager with all urgent tasks to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with all adhoc duties and admin in shared support and Store Openings
• Assist with emergencies in the department when they emerge or requested to do so
