Assistant Wine Tasting Manager

Our client in Paarl is looking for an Assistant Winetasting Manager.

Requirements:

Experience in a managerial role (Hospitality industry)

Recognized qualification in wine

Own transport

Ensure efficiency of daily operations in the tasting room

Manage administration related to staff

Liaise with guest as required

Ensure consistent development of business initiatives

Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to Skills and characteristics required of this role:

Strong professional and customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Enthusiasm for wine and the desire to expand knowledge thereof

Able to interact effectively with a wide range of customers

Proficient in English, Afrikaans will be beneficial

Good interpersonal skill
