SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic and reputable law firm, is seeking to appoint an Attorney with at least 2 years post-admission experience and a solid background in Insolvency Law
R25 000 - R40 000 CTC per month Based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience
Proven experience and interest in Insolvency Law
Strong drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills
Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment

Key Responsibilities:

Handling insolvency-related matters, including liquidations, business rescue, and debt recovery
Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and opinions
Attending court proceedings and consultations
Advising clients on insolvency processes and compliance
Managing a full case load with minimal supervision
