Automotive Injection Line Manager,

• Matric
• Relevant qualification
• Proficient in English (Read, Write and Communicate)
• Technical Qualification
• 5 to 10 years setting experience on large moulding machines (1000-4000 tons)
• Knowledge & experience of engineering polymers, fault finding & problem solving, robotics, Programming, and robot head designs
• Full understanding of moulding equipment and the ability to lead a maintenance team to rectify errors

DUTIES:

• Complete and submit timesheets as per attendance register
• Ensure any planned weekend work is communicated to the team
• Drive and achieve daily production target
• Oversee injection process moulding production
• Introduce and monitor controls and incentives to maintain the average internal reject rate below the agreed targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to laid down process standards and controls, and maintain all documentation
• Pertaining to process control as laid down in the Quality Policy and Process Manuals.
• Maintain discipline and motivation of the production personnel through daily communication of
• targets and objectives and the individual allocation of responsibilities.
• Participate in contract review activities with a view to introducing and monitoring all process,
• components and facilities
• Drive team to achieve schedule attainment
• Ensure shift handover is conducted with relief shift and relate all concerns or improvements Drive employee training (On and off the job)
• Maintain 5 “S” initiatives
