Salary: R632 000 to R692 000 annual CTC

Essential Criteria for consideration

• Post-graduate degree (NQF 8) in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field Non-Negotiable
• 5 - 8 years HR experience with focus on skills development and compliance- Non-Negotiable, clear evidence must be seen in CV
• Skills Development Facilitation (SDF) Certification required NB!
• Experience with Services SETA website, WSP & ATR submissions NB!
• Experience in Employment Equity reporting (EEA2 and EEA4) NB!
• Management of a centralized Skills Training /Skills Portal
• Strong knowledge of employment equity, BBBEE, and statutory reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee seamless onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programmes.
• Coordinate and document exit interviews.
• Monitor and manage the probationary process.
• Assist with performance management and development frameworks.
• Develop and support employee well-being and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records for compliance relating to employment equity, probation, performance and skills tracking.
• Manage Employment Equity and Skills Development reporting including the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) submissions to the Services SETA.
• Develop and manage learnerships and internship programmes.
• Oversee BBBEE HR elements including skills development.
• Maintain and update the Training Hub for training records and schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proficient in HRIS for managing employment equity and skills data.
• Background in onboarding, probation, and performance management processes.
• Experience in employee wellness, engagement, and retention strategies.
