SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a seasoned Branch Manager to lead operations at our Rustenburg branch. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid technical and financial background to take full ownership of branch performance.

POSITION INFO:
Key Focus Areas:

Overseeing day-to-day operations and staff management
Applying sound technical knowledge to support service delivery
Financial oversight including budgets, reporting, and profitability
Planning and workflow control, with a strong handle on WIP (work in progress)
Driving performance, efficiency, and team accountability
