Qualification essential – Business Degree / Sales Management Degree

Must have a stable and proven track record in Sales Branch Management within the Building / Civils industry

Knowledge of Prefab industry great advantage

Tender knowledge / ISO / Sound Project management skills / Financial Business acumen

Drive sales and meet targets for mobile / prefab structures

Staff performance management and ensure branch targets are met

New market penetration. Accountability for budgets, quality, SHE, commercial contract negotiations etc

Sound understanding of branch financial management (income and expenditure)
