POSITION INFO:

• Process, cut, trim, and grind various meats according to product specifications.
• Operate industrial food processing equipment including mincers, smokers, cookers, mixers, and fillers.
• Weigh, fill, press, and package meat products accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the production schedule is followed to meet daily output targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Inspect raw meat for quality, removing bones, sinew, and defects as needed.
• Store meat properly to ensure freshness and prevent contamination.
• Keep accurate batch records for traceability and compliance.
• Prepare special meat cuts and assist with sausage or cured meat production.
• Follow health, safety, and food handling procedures at all times.
• Recommend preparation methods or recipes for customer needs.
• Assist in additional tasks or special projects as required.

• Previous experience in meat processing or food production (advantageous).
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks quickly and precisely.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards.
• Comfortable working in cold environments and operating sharp tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Team player with a positive work ethic and reliability.
