A respected engineering and mining contractor is looking for a qualified Boilermaker to join their operations in the Free State. This is an opportunity for a skilled artisan to apply their trade in a demanding industrial or mining environment.

Requirements

National Senior Certificate
Boilermaker Trade Certificate (Red Seal)
N2 qualification in relevant trade field
3+ years post-trade experience in mining, heavy industry, or plant environments
Valid driver’s license
Medically fit (must pass mine medical)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspections and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Perform structural maintenance and fabrication tasks per job cards/work orders
Report issues and recommend improvements to Supervisor
Participate in section planning and ensure high housekeeping standards
Comply with mine and site safety regulations at all time
