POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Full bookkeeping function, including general ledger maintenance
Bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations
VAT, PAYE, SARS submissions, and monthly payroll processing
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts
Maintaining accurate financial records and organized digital filing
Client communication and general support to the accounting team

Education and Experience:

Matric (with accounting)
1-3 years’ experience in bookkeeping

Skills:

Accounting software experience essential (Xero Adviser certification would be beneficial)
MS Excel - Intermediate (Pivot tables)
