JOB SUMMARY:
A luxury cars dealership based in Pretoria is search for a finacial wiz. They are looking for quirky , smart individual to handle their books (debtors and creditors).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You should have:

2-3 years automotive industry
Accounting degree or diploma
Problem solving techniques
MS Office and VMG knowledge preferred
Analytical skills

You should have worked on:

Creditors management,
1. Payment reconciliations- Creditors statement vs System statement
2. VAT compliance on invoices
Debtors management
1. Debtors follow-up
2. Vehicle invoicing and costing
3. Sundry income invoicing
Bank & Cash
1. Capturing transactions on system with correct expense allocation
2. Bank reconciliations
Administrative
1. Fuel allocations to vehicles
2. Insurance claims and follow-up on claims
3. Filing and archiving
4. Audit file preparations
5. Electronic upload of vehicle purchases, delivery notes & invoices
6. Deal file audit & inspection for compliance
7. Workshop cash outstanding and parts allocation to job cards
8. Assets register update & recon to GL
9. Stock recon with Stock controller
