A luxurious 5-star game lodge is seeking a well-presented and personable Boutique & Gallery Sales Assistant to join their retail team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-end environment, engaging with guests from around the world and promoting curated local and luxury products.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in the boutique and art gallery with exceptional service.
• Drive retail sales by providing product knowledge and styling advice.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and daily sales reports.
• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organisation of the boutique and gallery space.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and ensure accurate cash-ups.
• Promote local artisans and exclusive lodge merchandise.

• Previous retail or gallery sales experience in a luxury or hospitality setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sales acumen and attention to detail.
• Neat, professional appearance and a friendly, guest-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate (POS and stock systems experience beneficial).
• Passion for fashion, design, and/or local art will be advantageous.
