POSITION INFO:

Location: Port Elizabeth (responsible for East London and George branches as well)

My client is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive profitability, and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company strategies

• Drive cost-effective operations while meeting budget and KPI targets

• Oversee staff, including Administrators, Technicians, logistics teams, and Warehouse Assistants

• Maintain strong customer relationships and exceed service expectations

• Manage inventory, fleet, and warehouse operations

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations

• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and staff development

• Travel to East London and George quarterly to oversee regional operations

Requirements:

• Matric

• Operations Management qualification

• 4-6 years’ experience in operations management

• 2-3 years’ administrative experience

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Valid driver's license
