POSITION INFO:
A well-established company in the electrical consumables and support systems industry is looking for a Branch Manager to lead its Pretoria branch. If you’re a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, operational control skills, and a passion for team success, then this is your opportunity to take charge!

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

â Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification (essential)
â Minimum 5 years of branch or assistant branch management experience
â Solid experience managing sales, warehousing, and admin teams
â Computer literacy required – Netstock/K8 knowledge is a plus
â Proven knowledge of electrical products and the Pretoria market

Job Experience & Skills Required:

ð Manage branch operations, staff, stock, and budgets with confidence
ð¤ Build and maintain strong client relationships while driving new business
ð¦ Ensure accurate and timeous stock control, dispatch, and procurement
ð Conduct regular sales meetings, set targets, and manage pricing updates
ð§¾ Oversee credit notes, petty cash, journals, and daily banking
ð Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, audits, and internal controls
ð Lead with high EQ, strong judgment, and a drive for sustainable results
ð§ Demonstrated ability to resolve issues, analyse problems, and make sound decisions under pressure
