Your strong Managerial and strategic thinking and planning coupled with your background in the Pumps Industry could secure you this position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements of 4-5 yrs Management experience within the Pumps Industry.(Agricultural) Solid sales background as a trader.

You will need to manage all aspects of the branch which includes personnel, procurement, cash, inventory, sales, warehouse and fleet management. Oversee day to day running of the branch operation. Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans. Manage branch budgets. Stay abreast of competing markets. Syspro advantageous.

Your hands on approach and committment to expand the business by implementing strategies and achievement of sales targets could secure you this position.

Salary is negotiable for the right experience. Benefits also include company car with petrol card, Cellphone, provident and medical aid (optional)
