Building Foreman - Site Manager Noordhoek, Constantia Kloof

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking an experienced Building Foreman / Site Manager to oversee the construction of a high-end residential development in the Noordhoek area.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure the highest standard of quality, especially in high-end finishes
Monitor project timelines and budgets
Maintain site safety and compliance
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing upmarket residential projects
Strong eye for detail with an emphasis on luxury finishes
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
Valid driver’s license and own transport
