Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in the built or construction industry? Join our client, a major financial services organisation, on a 12-month contract where your industry expertise will help shape and deliver critical, enterprise-wide initiatives.

In this role, you’ll support a portfolio of business improvement and infrastructure-related projects within the Corporate Services function, delivering technology-enabled solutions aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives. Working under the guidance of an established Business Analysis team, and closely with project managers, business leads, and end users, you will provide full end-to-end business analysis services to ensure the successful execution of complex programmes.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the built or construction environment, with proven ability to translate operational needs into actionable business solutions.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

• Degree or Diploma and equivalent certification (e.g., BCom Informatics, BSc Informatics, BTech); and
• Diploma in Business Analysis, and
• Minimum 5 to 8 years’ related experience in business analysis; and
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis in the built/construction environment (minimum of 5 years’ experience)
• Casewise Foundation Certificate advantageous

• Assist with the requirements solicitation, Mapping and Analysis exercises
• Identify stakeholders who are impacted by the Portfolio Programme initiatives or share a common business need.
• Plan and execute business analysis activities
• Consult with business to understand business objectives, drivers, functions and structures, and developing detailed workflow analyses
• Consult with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes or requirements
• Investigate problems and proposing possible solutions by interacting with users, and other participating stakeholders
• Analyse the feasibility of options, recommending viable solutions, validating these with stakeholders and updating the business requirements specification or change request document
• Work collaboratively with the business customers and stakeholders to document processes and people requirements
• Manage change requirements and specifications
