About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Collecting and analyzing data to generate insights
Identifying areas for improvement in business processes
Documenting business requirements and processes
Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs
Developing and implementing strategies to improve business operations

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field

Skills:

Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well in a team
Proficiency in data analysis tools
