JOB SUMMARY:
Business Analyst within the Corporate and Institutional Banking Technology division.

We are looking for dynamic, energetic people filled with tenacity, integrity and out of the ordinary thinking to join a productive and very efficient team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities would include:

Managing relationship across various technology departments to co-ordinate an communicate tasks, milestones and change requests
Facilitation of requirement sessions, documentation, process and coordinating solution designs with the technical team
Providing oversight to QA team and collaborating on test strategy, test case execution & validation
Co-ordination of User Acceptance Testing with Business stakeholders and Users
Training users on how to appropriately utilize the system
Brainstorming ways to add new functionality to the system
Providing assistance in resolution of production incidents
Identifying gaps within the technical and business processes
Agile Project Methodology

Relevant experience required for this role:

IT degree or Diploma
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology related role, demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate simultaneous tasks/projects, experience maintaining product backlogs to include epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, quick learner, strong critical thinking skills; solutions driven and be able to handle several tasks simultaneously, thoroughness and strong technical background.
2+ years of SQL scripting experience, i.e., technical exposure is a must – the ability to read logs and SQL scripts; ability to query a DB; etc.
